Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu/ Ninjutsu –

 The Kuro Yama Budo Dojo welcomes new and returning students to classes at The Academy of Gymnastics and Dance.  This is a Bujinkan dojo, teaching the Japanese art of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.

 Classes tend to be informal and are designed to be comfortable for both male and female students age 16 to adult.  Instruction is focused upon developing effective body movement and strikes for defense against real world situations such as muggings and assaults, rather than for competitive fighting.  Students work on techniques and movements in order to be able to understand and improvise with the principles behind the techniques.  Weapons and impromptu weapons are taught in almost every class and multiple opponent situations are covered frequently.

 Stop in and try the first two classes free whether your interest is in studying short term for self defense purposes, or long term to experience the challenge of Japanese arts that have endured for centuries.
