Trampoline
Starting with the basic bounce,
students will learn different body
positions and how to rotate and
twist in space, safely and in
control.
Trampoline skills improve
balance and core strength, and
provide an aerobic workout.
Because the volume of injuries
provoked by armatures playing on a
home trampoline we highly recommend
this class to every child with the
confidence that we'll teach everyone
at list basic skills to prevent
accidents if your child is going to
be expose on someone's backyard
trampoline.
